What can I expect during a referral visit?
New and returning clients are always given a warm welcome when they come to our facility. All of our staff is friendly as our goal is to make your visit seamless. In most cases, your primary care veterinarian will transfer the documents we need to assist your pet’s condition. Our doctors will review your pet’s history and perform their own assessment or tests. At every step of the way we inform pet parents what each procedure entails and why we think it’s necessary. To save time, new and referred clients can download and fill out the necessary forms before their visit.
