Please note that we have adopted a Failed Appointment Policy for all surgical and medical appointments scheduled with our veterinarians. We hope that this policy will provide more fair opportunity for all clients to have their pets receive veterinary care when needed. A phone call or email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment is all that is required. If two (2) failures occur in a row or within a calendar year, the client will be required to pre-pay an exam fee for any future appointments.
